Col. Garrett Alder | Wraith-1
Team Leader / Sniper

Garrett returned to the safe house about an hour after sunup. He’d thought he had a tail, but after running them around the town for a while, they turned into a residence and he watched 3 kids get out of the car, didn’t seem likely he was being followed by a soccer mom, just happened to be she was going the same direction he did.

He watched the house from a distance for some time, looking to see if he could spot anything suspicious. Finally deciding his team had done a good job of securing the place he tapped the small button on the top of his bud, to an outside observer it’d look like he was just scratching his ear.

“One coming in.” he announced as he approached. They’d done a good job or hiding the sensors, if he hadn’t been looking for them, he’d have missed them entirely. He opened the door and entered to find the team half sacked, half on guard. He checked the maps on his tablet and was happy to see the scouts had finished updating. He re-muted his ear bud, no need to transmit their conversation now that they were together again. Besides, the other team didn’t need the distraction. He didn’t like being this far away from them but had to remind himself that they knew what they were doing.

“Get some rack.” He ordered the two lookouts. “I need to get a plan roughed out, I can keep an eye on things while I’m doing that.” He checked his watch, “Somebody can relieve me in 3 hours.” He said wanting to be sure they had a chance for a full REM cycle. They’d rotate through sleep until everyone was well rested, aside from some planning, the day should be relatively quiet. He planned to hit their target tonight, so that suited him fine.

He grabbed his rifle and checked it had a full mag, then leaned it against the table near him as he sat down to study the maps.
